Who is RapidCert for?
RapidCert is for internal H&S, compliance, and procurement teams, plus consultants and programme operators managing contractor/supplier prequalification for clients.
Is RapidCert only for H&S prequalification?
No. H&S prequalification is a common use case, but RapidCert also supports supplier prequalification, evidence collection, insurance tracking, approval workflows, registers, and renewals.
Can we run our own programme internally?
Yes. RapidCert supports in-house programmes where your team controls evaluations, evidence requirements, assessor review, approvals, registers, and renewal visibility.
Can consultants or third parties run client-branded programmes?
Yes. RapidCert supports client-specific setup, branding, categories, signup configuration, and operational controls for programme operators managing multiple client groups.
Does RapidCert support contractor-paid evaluations or optional payments?
Yes. Built-in payments can be used where a programme needs a contractor-paid or programme-specific commercial step. Payments are optional and are not required for every workflow.
How do renewals and expiries work?
RapidCert tracks evaluation renewal dates and insurance expiry information, sends automated renewal and expiry reminder emails, and gives admins a daily summary of reminders sent, including delivery status.
Can contractors/suppliers self-register?
Yes. Contractors/suppliers can self-register through configured signup flows, complete assigned evaluations, upload evidence, and respond to action requests.
What does implementation look like?
Base account onboarding is usually straightforward once the operating model is agreed. The main setup effort is configuring evaluation templates, questions, evidence requirements, and any existing data, especially if those templates need to be built from scratch.
Can we use RapidCert alongside existing prequalification processes?
Yes. RapidCert can support workflow, evidence, insurance, register, and renewal management alongside existing prequalification processes.
What proof or status can approved contractors/suppliers show?
Approved contractors/suppliers can be represented in registers and programme views controlled by the programme administrator. Read-only viewer access can also be provided to authorised people who need to check compliance status, with approval and expiry context kept in the platform.
Can people outside the core compliance team view the approved register?
Yes. RapidCert supports read-only viewer access for people who need to check contractor/supplier compliance. Programme administrators can invite specific viewer users, and configured email-domain whitelisting can allow approved domains to self-register as viewers.
Where is our data stored?
RapidCert runs on AWS in Sydney (ap-southeast-2), with encrypted database and document storage, a standby database in a second availability zone, and 14 days of backups. Card payments are handled by Stripe. The privacy policy lists the service providers involved.
